2019 WADE Pre-conference Workshop Fees - Thursday, April 25th

You may register for the Pre-conference with or without attending the main conference.

*** Full time students: To receive discount code, before registering, please email srwang@aol.com with your name, proof of being a full time student (such as current class schedule), the days you want to attend, and whether you are a WADE member. 

Refund policy

If the registrar is notified during the early bird registration for the conference: 

The conference fee can be - 

• Transferred to a colleague’s unpaid this year conference fee for an additional $25 processing fee. OR
• Refunded minus a $50 processing fee

Please be aware that the processing for a refund has to be done through AADE and may take about 8-12 weeks. 

 If the registrar is notified between the early bird registration date and 2 weeks prior to the conference: 

The conference fee paid can be - 

• Transferred to a colleague’s this year’s unpaid conference fee for an additional $25 processing fee. OR
• Refunded minus a $100 processing fee

 Please be aware that the processing for a refund has to be done through AADE and may take about 8-12 weeks. 

If the registrar is notified less than 2 weeks prior to the conference:

No routine refunds. However, the full conference fee paid may be - 

• Transferred to a colleague’s this year’s unpaid conference fee for an additional $25 processing fee.
