                               The venue is approximately 1 mile east of NE Martin Luther King Avenue and NE 63rd street in Oklahoma City.  The campus is on the south side of 63rd street.

Target Audience:

This is a knowledge-based activity designed for individuals active in diabetes education, including RNs, RDNs, Pharmacists, and other health care providers interested in staying informed on current practices of care for patients with diabetes and other related conditions

    Explain how inter-professional CGM shared medical appointments improve clinical outcomes for people with diabetes

    Discuss case studies from the CGM shared medical appointment program and how CGM data is used to make clinical interventions

    State the logistics in starting a shared medical appointment program

    Identify clinical pearls on how to start CGM and insulin pump programs at other sites

Motivational Interviewing Techniques

    Define techniques use by healthcare professionals during motivational interviewing
